Core Responsibilities:Acquisition Campaign ExecutionSupport end-to-end execution of acquisition campaigns:Digital (social media, paid ads, app/web) & Branch & TelesalesMerchant partnerships & field salesCoordinate with marketing and agencies on campaign rolloutChannel Performance TrackingMonitor performance by channel:Applications volumeApproval rateCost per acquisition (CPA)Identify underperforming channels and suggest improvementsLead ManagementTrack leads funnel (leads → applications → approvals → bookings)Ensure proper allocation and follow-up with sales teamsImprove lead conversion ratesData Analysis & TargetingAnalyze customer segments and targeting criteriaSupport pre-approved / pre-qualified campaignsAssist in A/B testing (offers, creatives, channels)Customer Onboarding ExperienceSupport improving onboarding journey (digital & offline)Monitor turnaround time (TAT) from application to card issuanceIdentify drop-off points and suggest fixesOffer & Proposition SupportAssist in developing acquisition offers: Welcome bonus & Cashback / discounts & Installment offers Coordinate with partnerships team if neededRisk & Policy AlignmentEnsure campaigns follow credit policy guidelinesCoordinate with Risk team on approval criteria and filtersMonitor early delinquency trends for acquired customersReporting & DashboardsPrepare regular reports on acquisition performanceTrack KPIs vs targets and highlight gapsJob Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in retail bankingExcellent computer skills and data base management and storage.Excellent knowledge of retail products & services & Projects Management.
