Develop and manage comprehensive production plans, including detailed schedules, capacity planning, and optimal allocation of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials).Lead and optimize workforce management across all plant sections to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production that meets output targets at the lowest sustainable cost.lSupervise cross-functional plant teams and serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely resolution of operational or service-related concerns.Monitor daily production performance, identify bottlenecks or risks (e.g., equipment failure, supply delays), and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions, delays, or cost escalation.Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, client specifications, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.Coordinate with local authorities to maintain all required operational permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance certifications.Oversee procurement and logistics for raw materials, spare parts, maintenance services, and production-related equipment in alignment with inventory and production needs.Conduct regular plant floor inspections to verify operational efficiency, product quality, safety compliance and standards.Act as the primary contact between Operations, Commercial, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams, providing regular performance reports, production forecasts, and client delivery updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation, including quality control reports, supplier contracts, non-conformance records, and change management logs.Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance program for all production machinery and utilities to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels (raw materials, packaging, and spare parts) to ensure optimal stock—avoiding both stockouts and excess inventory.Collaborate with the Commercial and Finance teams to align production volumes with client credit status and payment terms, preventing overproduction or financial exposure. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) or a related field12 - 15 years of experiencePMP Certification or similar is highly advantageous
