This role focuses on delivering high-impact advisory and facilitation services that translate employee feedback into actionable strategies, drive leadership alignment, and support sustainable culture transformation. This role combines advisory, facilitation, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on identifying and driving value-added service opportunities based on data and client needs.Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and trends, with the ability to evaluate, recommend, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.Key Responsibilities Partner with client organizations to interpret survey insights and identify key culture priorities Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on culture transformation strategies Design and deliver customized interventions aligned with client objectives Plan, design, and facilitate employee focus groups across different organizational levels Extract qualitative insights and deliver structured reports with key findings and recommendations Facilitate leadership alignment workshops to define priorities and drive accountability Support clients in building structured and measurable action plans Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for leaders to enhance their cultural impact Design and deliver customized workshops based on client needs (e.g., trust, engagement, leadership effectiveness) Proactively engage with assigned client accounts to identify culture needs based on survey data and insights Recommend and position relevant culture transformation services tailored to client priorities Translate data into commercial opportunities that support client impact and contribute to revenue growth Collaborate with the commercial team to align proposed solutions with overall account strategy Travel as required to deliver sessions across GCC countries and EgyptRequirementsQualifications & Experience 7–12 years of experience in organizational development, culture transformation, HR consulting, or coaching ICF certification or equivalent coaching qualification preferred Strong experience in facilitation, especially with senior leaders Proven track record in delivering workshops, focus groups, and advisory services Experience working in multicultural environments, ideally within the Middle EastKey Skills & Competencies Strong facilitation and presentation skills Ability to translate data into actionable insights Executive presence and stakeholder management Coaching and active listening skills Structured thinking and problem-solving Commercial acumen and ability to identify client opportunities High adaptability and ability to customize deliverycheck(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => apply(record.id,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final-style="background-color:#6875E2;border-color:#6875E2;color:white;" final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
