This role will work closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work and a passion for creating user-centered designs. Product Designer – Senior Associate Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. A strong portfolio of design projects. Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction. Experience using AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate prototyping, improve user research, and create intelligent design iterations. Demonstrable experience in emerging Generative AI technologies for design is a plus, especially where they support design systems, prototyping, or automation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an agile development process. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
