Executive Director – Software Operations & Projects

Executive LeadershipAct as the primary operational representative of the Chairman.Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.Ensure the effective execution of the company's vision and business goals.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates for the Chairman.Participate in strategic planning and organizational development.Project ManagementOversee the complete lifecycle of all software and ERP implementation projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.Review project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Resolve project escalations and critical issues promptly.Implementation ManagementLead and supervise the ERP/Odoo Implementation Team.Ensure implementation methodologies and best practices are consistently followed.Monitor customer onboarding, system configuration, testing, training, and Go-Live activities.Ensure successful customer adoption and project acceptance.Development ManagementManage the Software Development Team.Coordinate development priorities with project requirements.Review development schedules and technical deliverables.Ensure software quality, security, and scalability standards are maintained.Coordinate closely with QA and Technical Support teams.Cross-Functional CoordinationFoster collaboration among Development, Implementation, QA, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Optimize communication and workflow across departments.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with strategic clients.Participate in executive meetings with key customers when required.Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project execution.Address customer escalations effectively.Performance & OperationsEstablish and monitor KPIs for all operational teams.Conduct regular performance reviews.Improve operational efficiency and productivity.Identify process improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.Resource & Capacity PlanningPlan team capacity based on project pipelines.Optimize resource utilization.Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.Financial & Business OversightMonitor project profitability and operational costs.Assist in budgeting and forecasting.Support business growth initiatives and operational planning.
