Field Trainer

This translates into achieving both organizational and personal goals.Responsibilities:- Provide on monthly basis a field training plan in coordination with field force management.- Carrying out coaching field visits on regular basis with FF (70%time in field).- Provide accurate and comprehensive written feedback to the accompined FF and line management with clear and concise developmental action steps.- Update& training needs assessment and insure individual development plans are completed for assigned FF.- Participate in conducting soft skills training along with training manager for MRs & FLMs.- Assist in framing and creating new training modules based on infield communications.- Ensure that business in conducted according to HPG policies, procedures and values.- Effectively utilize virtual training tools to deliver & engage training attendees.Job requirements:- TOT or PCT is a plus.- District manager or senior Medical Rep.- Mastering Zoom application.- High computer skills (Microsoft apps).- Ability to travel covering the mentioned areas with the agreed frequency.- Outstanding command of English (spoken and written)To Apply Send your CV atRecruitment@HefnyPharmaGroup.comPlease mention the job title and governorate in the email subject line (e.g., “Field force Trainer – Delta”).
