Job DescriptionTeam Engineering & Consultations are seeking for an organized, adaptable & Senior Electrical Sales Engineer who has knowledge/background about Sales & Marketing.Requirements Graduated from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 5 years’ or more experience in Sales, Marketing & Development field. Experience managing a high performance sales team. Knowledge and Understanding of the Oil & Gas - Power Market -- Existing business relationships with key responsible customers hugely desirable. Sales, Business Administration or relevant field degrees are preferred. Preferred Gender: Female. Fluent English: Read & Write. Availability to travel as needed.Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with customers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
