Job Description: Media Buyer (Full-Time, Hybrid)Location: Maadi, CairoJob Type: Full-Time, HybridIndustry: Software Development / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer to manage our digital advertising campaigns with a primary focus on generating qualified B2B leads for our flagship ERP solution. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve ambitious lead generation targets . This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires a data-driven individual who can manage budgets effectively, analyze performance, and collaborate with sales to drive pipeline growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on key platforms including Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads .Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis specific to the ERP and B2B software landscape .Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.Lead Generation & Funnel ManagementOwn the lead generation funnel from ad creation to landing page optimization and CRM integration, with the objective of generating 200–500 qualified leads per month from target markets, particularly the UAE .Develop retargeting funnels to re-engage warm audiences and drive conversions .Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, align on targeting, and enhance pipeline performance .Budget Management & OptimizationEffectively manage a monthly advertising budget, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL) .Continuously test creatives, ad copy, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance .Ensure all media buys comply with company policies and brand guidelines.Analytics & ReportingImplement and manage accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking .Analyze campaign performance data to provide clear, actionable insights and weekly reports .Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, and web traffic.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 2–5 years of proven experience in a Performance Marketing or Media Buying role, preferably within the software, SaaS, or technology sector .Platform Expertise: Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Search Ads and B2B lead generation.
