Media Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Operator to support our media operations team by managing digital media assets, metadata, artwork quality control, and subtitle files. The ideal candidate will ensure all incoming assets meet quality standards, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate seamless content delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify the workability and integrity of all received media assetsCreate, update, and maintain metadata for digital media assetsPerform quality control (QC) on artwork and validate its compliance with client specificationsPrepare, review, and manage subtitle files for accuracy and formattingConfirm receipt of media assets and ensure proper documentationDocument asset issues and provide clear comments and feedback to the Client Operations team and external clientsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve asset-related issues and ensure timely deliveryFollow company security policies and protect confidential media assets and informationPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field2 years of experience in media operations or a similar roleExperience working with video and/or audio assetsHands-on experience using Adobe Premiere ProGood understanding of digital media formats and workflowsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issuesGood written and spoken EnglishStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsAt Pixelogic, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
