We are looking for a skilled Network Officer to manage operations in the Network team, including developing MedNet's healthcare service provider network in accordance with the business plan.Your JobReceiving the Checkup request from the Insurance Companies and booking the appointment with the selected providers.Collecting the results and sending them to the Insurance Companies.Reply to client’s complaints which are sent from customer service or client relations and investigate complaints as second line.Reactivation of suspended service of providers &work to solve the issue of the provider.Reply to provider inquiries received by phone, meeting, or call centre and record all the requests.Follow up with finance provider payment and send PO to providers by email or to be printed with chequeSend SWIFT codes to providers upon requestUpdate provider data maintenance for any additionUpdate providers’ branches and stop terminated providers on system after doing all investigations & test caSupport in NW campaign for any new instructionsCheck cash rates by test call to providers with renewals requestIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement of network development and management operations and systems, processes and practices considering international leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementMeeting providers to maintain relations with them &reply to their inquiriesYour ProfileMedical doctor or Diploma in Hospital Administration / Allied healthcare sciences like Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory technician, Biology or Chemistry.1-3 years’ experience in a network environment in the local TPA/medical insurance sector or health insurance industry would be a plus.Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong leadership, planning and organizational skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel extensively locally and internationally
