This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.💼 Responsibilities• Support daily operational activities and campaign execution.• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on assigned tasks.• Collect feedback and communicate business requirements clearly.• Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records when needed.✅ Requirements• Minimum 1 year of experience in the live streaming, social entertainment, or voice chat industry.• Previous experience in Operations Coordination, Event Coordination, or a similar role.• English level B1 or above.• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.• Team-oriented, reliable, and organized.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.• Familiarity with AI tools and basic data analysis.• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, events, and cross-functional activities simultaneously.⭐ Preferred• Experience coordinating online or offline events, campaigns, or community activities.• Experience working with hosts, agencies, guilds, or creators within the live streaming industry.• Experience with Axure or prototype design tools is a plus.📩 Apply now if you are passionate about operations, coordination, and driving efficient execution.
