The company’s vision centers on being a trusted partner in advancing healthcare outcomes in the Egyptian market.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in New Cairo. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products, from market analysis and strategy development to launch planning and performance optimization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market and competitor data, defining product positioning, and collaborating closely with medical, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute brand plans. The role involves preparing sales tools and training materials, supporting field teams with product knowledge, and monitoring product performance against KPIs. The Product Manager will also work with regulatory and supply chain teams to support timely approvals, inventory availability, and compliant product communication.QualificationsProven experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.Strong analytical and research capabilities, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and performance tracking using quantitative and qualitative data.Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain).Experience in developing and executing marketing or brand plans, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Proficiency in standard business and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or BI platforms) and the ability to translate insights into actions.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate product documentation and materials.
