The Product Manager will play a strategic role in managing, developing, and enhancing the company’s portfolio of lighting and electrical products. Beyond product development, this role will also focus on driving sales performance, optimizing inventory, and ensuring cross‑departmental alignment to achieve business objectives.Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.Product Development: Lead the development and optimization of lighting and electrical products, ensuring innovation, performance, and compliance with international standards.Market Analysis: Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities and maintain product competitiveness.Go-to-Market: Prepare launch strategies, promotional materials, sales tools, and pricing models in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Sales Performance Monitoring: Track group performance against sales targets, propose corrective actions, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.Product Assortment Development: Continuously refine product mix to meet market needs and maximize profitability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with supply chain, warehouses, branches, and marketing to ensure product availability and fast response to branch requirements.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, reduce slow‑moving items, and improve product turnover rates.Growth & Development: Study market trends and competitors to propose opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.Branch Support: Provide branches with the right products at the right time to help them achieve sales targets.Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials and evaluate vendor performance.Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, incorporating customer feedback for continuous improvement.Performance Reporting: Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management. Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.5–10 years of experience in product management or technical roles within lighting/electrical products (LED experience preferred).Strong technical background in lighting systems and LED technology.Proven success in launching and managing products.Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills (Arabic & English).Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.Positive, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
