Project Manager – Landscape, Irrigation & Swimming Pools

This is an on-site role where your leadership will directly impact the beauty and functionality of premier properties.Responsibilities:Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Oversee all phases of landscape, irrigation, and swimming pool construction projects, from planning and design review to execution and handover.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless project flow.Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, challenges, and deviations throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.Skills & Technologies:Proficiency in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction methodologies, and Engineering principles.Deep understanding of Swimming Pools design, construction, and maintenance.Expertise in Landscape Design and advanced Irrigation Systems.Strong command of project management software and tools.Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software is highly valued.Growth Opportunities: This role offers significant potential for professional development. Unleash Your Expertise:A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the engineering, construction, civil, or architecture sectors, specifically with a focus on landscape, irrigation, and swimming pool projects.Proven track record as a Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.Mastery in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Construction practices, with a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles.Exceptional knowledge and hands-on experience with Swimming Pools and advanced Irrigation Systems.Strong foundation in core Engineering principles relevant to outdoor infrastructure.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.A relevant Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
