Founded in 1948, the company sustained continuous growth to become one of the most dynamic Destination Management Companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt.Job DescriptionQuality Management: champion service excellence and guest satisfaction, establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies across all departments, ensuring our travel and tourism operations consistently exceed industry standardsQuality Auditing: Conduct regular on-site audits to assess compliance with service standards, health, safety, and hygiene regulationsGuest Experience: Analyze feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvement and track corrective actionsProcess Optimization: Recommend actionable process improvements to increase efficiency, maintaining the highest levels of heartfelt hospitalityStaff Training: Collaborate with department heads to train employees in quality standards, continuous improvement, and emotional intelligenceCompliance and Reporting: Prepare quality performance reports for executive management and ensure alignment with global tourism certifications (e.g., ISO, sustainability)Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in quality management or operations within the hospitality and tourism industryExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
