The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on purchasing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, ensuring informed decisions and smooth transactions. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with legal and financial entities as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate listings, staying current on local market trends and regulations, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service before, during, and after each transaction.
