Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real-Time Monitoring Executive to join our Content Ingestion team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring social and online media in real time, identifying relevant content, and delivering accurate and timely alerts aligned with client requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring critical information is captured, analyzed, and communicated effectively, supporting clients in staying informed and responsive in fast-paced environments. Role & Responsibilities Monitor client projects in real time and ensure they're aligned with the client brief and requirements. Report real-time alerts, depending on their critical level, as soon as possible to the client. Translate and/or summarize posts to English if required by the client. Create combined reports for all alerts to be sent internally and externally. Ensure data accuracy in the reports delivered internally and externally. Stay up to date with all new features deployed on CARMA’s portal. Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA's mission and vision. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. Up to one year of experience. Excellent command of English and Arabic. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Research skills.
