This team member will welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance on product selection to ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, processing exchanges or returns, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom. The role also involves building long-term relationships with customers, staying updated on new collections and promotions, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
