With state of the art manufacturing facilities across six countries "Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Egypt"📍 Location: Ismailia, EgyptJob description:-Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and relevant government authorities.Ensure the timely customs clearance of imported and exported goods.Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Free Zone requirements.Monitor the movement of materials and finished goods.Coordinate logistics activities with the warehouse team.Monitor and optimize freight costs, transportation efficiency, and delivery timelines.Evaluate the performance of freight forwarders and other logistics service providers.Work closely with the planning, procurement, warehouse, production, and finance teams.Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate shipment records.Identify opportunities to improve logistics operations and implement corrective actions.Requirements:-6–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, shipping, or commercial operations.Experience in the apparel or garment manufacturing industry.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.Experience in a manufacturing environment involving import and export activities.Experience with Free Zone operations and customs procedures is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of import/export and shipping documentation.Good understanding of customs clearance and international shipping processes.Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Good command of both Arabic and English.📩To apply:Send your CV to s.hussein@tawzef.comkindly mention the job title in the subject line.
