Overview: As our Senior Training Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of our training initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that empower our workforce. This on-site position offers the chance to directly influence employee development and drive performance across various departments. Responsibilities: Lead the coordination of all training activities, from scheduling and logistics to material preparation and participant communication. Collaborate closely with HR and departmental heads to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions. Design and develop engaging training curricula, materials, and resources that align with organizational goals. Manage the full training lifecycle, including pre-course preparation, in-session support, and post-training evaluation. Oversee vendor relationships for external training programs and resources. Maintain accurate training records and track participant progress and feedback. Provide expert guidance and support to junior training staff and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant training policies and procedures. Skills & Technologies: This role requires a blend of strong organizational prowess and a deep understanding of learning methodologies. Proficiency in Coordination, Project Management, and Curriculum Development will be essential.
