Responsibilities:• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TOT) programs for Soft Services Trainers.• Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical training modules related to Soft Services operations.• Train and coach Trainers on operational procedures, SOPs, cleaning standards, equipment, chemicals, hygiene, and safety.• Assess Trainers’ knowledge, practical skills, and ability to deliver effective training.• Standardize training content and delivery methods across all sites.• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training delivered by Trainers and provide coaching when required.• Coordinate with Operations and Site Management to identify training needs and ensure training content meets operational requirements.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.• TOT (Training of Trainers) Certificate is mandatory.• Professional training certification is required.• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.• Good organizational and coordination abilities.Locations: Cairo & GizaTo Apply:Send your CV to: Ahmed.Elsayed@efsmi.comKindly mention Training Specialist in the email subject line.
