This role will work closely with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, strategies, and processes.Analyze business performance, industry trends, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.Review and map processes end-to-end, assess risks, and recommend actionable solutions.Manage or support analytical projects, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and implementation tracking.Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.Present findings to stakeholders, including leadership, and communicate project progress, gains, and risks. Analyze live and recorded calls to identify customer sentiment, process gaps, and operational improvement opportunities.Support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure solutions deliver measurable value.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, operations, or process improvement.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive insights and recommendations.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Willingness to work on a North American schedule and onsite as needed.Preferred QualificationsExposure to Python, SQL, Databricks, or similar tools.Familiarity with machine learning and AI tools.Knowledge of Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.Experience in speech or customer interaction analytics.
