Preparing for a Human Resources role

  • Egyptian Labor Law + Social Insurance familiarity is a common first-round question — brush up before applying.
  • For talent-acquisition roles expect a live sourcing exercise (find 5 candidates for a role in an hour) as part of the loop.
  • Bilingual Arabic + English is usually a hard requirement — front-load evidence of both on your CV.
