Technical 3D Modeler - Cairo Based

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeller to join our hospitality design team. You'll play a key role in bringing large-scale restaurant, food hall, and hospitality concepts to life by producing accurate and visually compelling 3D models that support both the design development and visualisation process.Working closely with our Interior Designers and 3D Visualisers, you will create detailed SketchUp models that communicate design intent, streamline project delivery, and form the foundation for high-quality visualisations.Role is hybrid, 3 days in office - 2 days from home. Reporting to Vlad / Joanna ( unsure where this fall into ).Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate, well-organised 3D modelsof hospitality interiors using SketchUpModel large-scale restaurants, food halls, bars, cafés, and other hospitality environments from concept through to detailed designCollaborate with Interior Designers to translate layouts, drawings, and design concepts into fully realised 3D modelsPrepare clean, structured models for use by the 3D visualisation teamDevelop bespoke furniture, fixtures, architectural elements, and interior details where requiredMaintain organised model structures, layers/tags, components, and file management standardsUpdate and revise models throughout thedesign process in response to client and internal feedbackAssist in developing and maintaining the studios 3D asset libraryWork across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standardsRequirementsStrong professional experience using SketchUp for interior architecture or interior design projectsKnowledge of AutoCAD and standard construction detailing. Excellent 3D modelling skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience modelling complex hospitality environments, particularly restaurants, food halls, or large commercial interiorsStrong understanding of interior design, spatial planning, construction, and architectural detailingAbility to interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawingsExperience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design teamExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environmentDesirable SkillsExperience preparing models for rendering software such as V-Ray / 3ds maxKnowledge of Revit, or Rhino and autocad / adibe suiteUnderstanding of hospitality design workflows and commercial interior fit-outWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality design and enjoys transforming design ideas into accurate, efficient, and highly detailed 3D models.
