PurposeResponsible for the product roadmap and growth engine of EFG Hermes ONE by connecting user experience, data, and commercial outcomes into a single coherent strategy, driving acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention as a core product discipline.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the product strategy and roadmap prioritization across the full client lifecycle, balancing new feature development with growth-oriented improvements including onboarding flows, activation nudges, retention mechanics, and monetization levers.Manage the end-to-end client funnel from first touch through onboarding, first transaction, and long-term engagement, diagnosing drop-off points, defining intervention strategies, and tracking the impact of every change.Build and manage a structured experimentation program, defining north star metrics and objectives and key results, running A/B tests, and using data to identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the acquisition-to-retention funnel.Track and report on engagement and retention objectives and key results including daily active users and monthly active users’ ratio, investment frequency, churn rate, and client lifetime value, presenting data-driven recommendations to the Co-Head of Digital Retail Trading Platform to support strategic decision-making.Oversee the client segmentation frameworks based on investment behaviour and product usage, partnering with data and analytics teams to build instrumentation, dashboards, and insight frameworks that support fast, evidence-based decisions.Identify and scale revenue-generating product features including upsell flows, premium tiers, partner-driven features, and engagement-based monetization, owning the commercial case for product investment.Work closely with concerned teams including marketing, engineering, design, partnerships, and commercial to ensure product and growth priorities are aligned with business objectives and go-to-market plans.Lead and manage a team of direct reports: delegate responsibilities, ensure output is in line with the department’s standards, and provide regular feedback on progress.Oversee the team’s tasks on a daily basis; participate in the hiring process and conduct comprehensive performance reviews for relevant team members.Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or or a related field.6 - 8 years’ experience in product management growth product, or a similar role, preferably within fintech, digital banking, or retail trading platforms., with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven experience owning a product roadmap and driving measurable growth outcomes across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.Strong understanding of lifecycle campaign management, client relationship management tooling, and in-app messaging strategies.Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, defining north star metrics, and objectives and key results setting.Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose funnel drop-off points, define intervention strategies, and track the impact of product changes using data.Proven experience in product analytics and client relationship management tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze, or similar platforms.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, CleverTap).Excellent command of Arabic and English.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening): able to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.Able to build partnerships and work well in teams towards achieving key common business objectives.Can identify, recommend and implement solutions for problems.
