Our warehouse is the heartbeat of our operation — and we need a leader who can keep that heart beating strong.The RoleAs our Warehouse Manager, you'll command the entire flow of frozen goods through our cold storage facility. From the moment raw materials arrive to the second finished products ship to global markets, you'll ensure every pallet is in the right place, at the right temperature, at the right time. This is a high-impact role for a logistics professional who thrives in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments.What You'll DoOwn all warehouse and cold storage operations: receiving, put-away, storage, and dispatch.Ensure strict FEFO/FIFO rotation and maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.Safeguard product quality through proper frozen handling and cold chain discipline.Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, including forklift operators and clerks.Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Logistics to hit dispatch deadlines every time.Track and optimize KPIs: order fulfillment rates, damage control, and space utilization.Enforce the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and food safety compliance.Manage warehouse equipment, racking, and MHE fleet.Continuously improve layout and processes to drive efficiency and cut waste.What You BringBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.6–10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in FMCG, food, or cold chain.Proven experience with WMS/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Cold storage or frozen goods expertise is strongly preferred.Familiarity with export documentation and international logistics is a plus.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.Fluent Arabic and English.Why Join Us?Play a critical role in a company that exports to four continents.Competitive pay, social insurance, and a stable, growing work environment.See the direct impact of your work on customer satisfaction and global delivery.
