Brand Manager (Retail Background Required)

Ahmed El Sallab is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and product positioning.The ideal candidate must have a strong Retail background (Furniture, Home Appliances, Electronics, FMCG or similar retail industries) with proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.Build and maintain strong brand positioning and identity across all channels.Plan, execute, and evaluate 360° marketing campaigns (Digital & Offline).Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans and calendars.Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and brand KPIs.Manage creative agencies and cross-functional teams.Oversee marketing budgets and optimize spending.Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Brand Management.Retail background is mandatory.Experience in Furniture, Home Appliances, Electronics, FMCG, or Retail Chains is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of:Brand StrategyMarketing PlanningConsumer InsightsProduct LaunchesMarket ResearchBudget ManagementPerformance AnalysisExperience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
