Designs Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects.Lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.Review and approve design submissions to ensure quality and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Manage client relationships and participate in technical meetings and presentations.Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.Coordinate with QA/QC, BIM, and Project Management teams to achieve project objectives.Mentor project teams and support staff development.Prepare periodic project performance reports for senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.Master's degree or PMP certification is an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 15 years of experience in engineering design and project management.Minimum 7 years managing multidisciplinary design projects.Proven experience in large-scale and mega projects within engineering consultancy firms.
