Market and Sector DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail, and hospitality sectors.Monitor market trends related to facility management services, including hard services, soft services, and integrated FM solutions.Analyze competitor offerings, pricing structures, and service models.2. Lead Generation and Client AcquisitionGenerate new leads through direct outreach, referrals, tenders, and networking.Target property owners, real estate developers, asset managers, corporate clients, and government entities.Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline for facility management contracts.3. Tendering and Proposal ManagementIdentify and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders related to facility management services.Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams to prepare competitive proposals.Develop service scopes, pricing models, SLAs, and contract terms.4. Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service presentations.Ensure smooth handover of new contracts to operations teams.5. Sales Strategy and Contract ClosureDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Lead negotiations on pricing, contract duration, service scope, and performance metrics.Close new facility management contracts and renew existing ones.6. Service Expansion and Account GrowthIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional FM services (e.g., HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, Etc).Support contract renewals and service expansions within existing accounts.Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to reduce churn.8. Compliance and Industry StandardsEnsure proposals and contracts align with regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements.Understand industry standards such as ISO, HSE, and sustainability practices.Support audits and prequalification processes required by clients.9. Reporting and Performance TrackingTrack KPIs such as contract value, win rate, pipeline status, and revenue growth.Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports for management.Maintain CRM records and documentation.10. Brand Representation and Industry PresenceRepresent the company at industry events, property forums, and client meetings.Strengthen company brand positioning in the facility management market.Stay informed on emerging trends such as smart facilities, sustainability, and energy efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or the Facility Management Services industry is highly preferred.Experience in the Facility Management Services sector is a plus.Proven ability in Stakeholder Management with strong communication skills to engage with internal and external teams effectively.Expertise in Negotiation and Influencing to close deals and build partnerships that align with business goal
