Job DescriptionLead and manage the company's finance and accounting functions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and treasury operations.Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across construction projects.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.Support senior management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.Ensure timely submission of all statutory and financial reports.
