The company is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction across all its outlets.Job ResponsibilitiesManage all front-of-house operations and ensure excellent guest service.Supervise, train, and schedule FOH staff, including hosts, waiters, and cashiers.Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards.Track daily sales and operational performance.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.Support promotional events and maintain Egyptian hospitality standards.Job Requirements5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, including 2+ years in a managerial role.Experience in Egyptian, Middle Eastern, or casual dining restaurants is preferred.Strong knowledge of restaurant KPIs, staff management, and customer service.Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Fluent Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of Saudi hospitality regulations is an advantage.HACCP or other hospitality certifications are a plus.
