You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our health, safety, and environmental programs, directly contributing to the well-being of our employees and the operational excellence of our manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities:Implement and Monitor: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines across the manufacturing plant.Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective control measures.Incident Management: Support incident investigation processes, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Emergency Preparedness: Assist in developing and conducting emergency response drills, including firefighting procedures.Training & Awareness: Participate in delivering HSE training sessions to employees, fostering a strong safety culture.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal standards.Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine safety inspections and contribute to internal and external HSE audits.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a solid understanding of HSE principles, robust safety protocols, and practical experience in firefighting techniques.
