Monitor daily safety reports, identify critical findings, and ensure timely corrective actions.Conduct risk assessments for new activities and oversee the Management of Change (MOC) process.Issue and control work permits in accordance with safety requirements.Follow up on safety gap analysis action plans and ensure closure of identified gaps.Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including licenses, permits, and periodic medical examinations.Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.Deliver safety inductions and awareness training programs for employees and contractors.Monitor contractor safety performance and supervise safety-related maintenance activities.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments.Support and maintain compliance with ISO 45001 standards and related audit requirements.Coordinate and lead customer, governmental, and regulatory safety inspections and visits.Supervise and support HSE activities across multiple manufacturing sites Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, permit-to-work systems, and contractor safety management.Familiarity with ISO 45001 requirements and auditing processes.Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications are preferred.
