Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge training programs utilizing methodologies like TOT (Training of Trainers) and Experiential Learning. Manage and optimize our Performance Management System to drive employee engagement and productivity. Conduct thorough training needs assessments and develop comprehensive learning roadmaps. Oversee the implementation and administration of learning technologies and platforms. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact. Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. Required Skills: We're looking for a seasoned professional with a robust skill set, including: TOT (Training of Trainers) expertise. Proven experience in designing and implementing Experiential Learning programs. Deep understanding and practical experience with Performance Management Systems. Strong capabilities in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design. Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Exceptional Project Management and organizational development skills. A solid grasp of Adult Learning Principles and their application.
