The company specializes in structural steel fabrication, industrial steel solutions, heavy steel manufacturing, and engineering services for major industrial, infrastructure, energy and construction projects.Logistics ManagerThe Logistics Manager will oversee all transportation, shipping, import/export, and distribution activities related to steel fabrication projects, ensuring the safe and timely movement of raw materials and finished products across local and international markets.Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.Coordinate transportation of oversized steel structures and fabricated components.Develop logistics strategies to reduce transportation costs while maintaining service levels.Manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, and export documentation.Coordinate with project teams to support site delivery schedules.Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and logistics partners.Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations.Monitor logistics KPIs and delivery performance.Lead logistics process improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics management within steel fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of transportation, customs clearance, and freight management.Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
