Westview International Language School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced Middle & High School Principal for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the two stages, driving excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership and direction for the elementary school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Manage day-to-day school operations, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for students, staff, and families. Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with educational best practices. Promote continuous professional development among staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes. Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to foster engagement and support. Monitor and analyze student performance data, using insights to drive school improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant education regulations, policies, and standards.
