Role OverviewWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the growth and market success of our products. In this role, you will focus on the business and commercial side of product development. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Support: Act as the primary focal point for day-to-day business operations of assigned product features.Market and Competitor Research: Organize regular market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and new business opportunities.Product Requirements (PRDs): Gather customer feedback and business needs and data insights into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).Backlog Support: Help prioritize the daily product backlog based on based on customer impact, ROI, and business value.Data Tracking: Monitor and report weekly product metrics, such as user sign-ups, feature usage, and customer satisfaction scores.Process Documentation: Map out and document user journeys and internal operational workflows to help improve the overall customer experience.Stakeholder Updates: Maintain clear communication across departments, taking meeting notes and tracking action items for product rollouts.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in fintech, e-commerce is highly preferred.Preferred certification in Product Management fundamentals.Strong ability to gather business/user requirements and work comfortably with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).Detailed oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
