Project Planner (Primavera P6) | Energy & Power Infrastructure📍 Location: RemoteWe are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join a leading Energy & Power Infrastructure organization. The successful candidate will support the Project Controls team by maintaining project schedules, coordinating planning activities, monitoring project progress, and delivering accurate reporting to ensure successful project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.Support the implementation of planning structures, calendars, coding systems, and schedule governance.Perform schedule updates, quality checks, version control, and data validation.Prepare planning reports, schedule extracts, and look-ahead plans.Consolidate schedule inputs from multiple disciplines and project workstreams.Support coordination meetings by preparing schedule summaries and highlighting planning issues.Collect, update, and monitor project progress in accordance with established progress measurement procedures.Prepare planning KPIs, dashboards, trend analyses, and schedule performance reports.Support the review and integration of contractor schedules to ensure alignment with project planning standards.Maintain planning logs related to schedule changes, delays, risks, and mitigation activities.Provide accurate planning data to support project reviews and decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.5–8 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within Energy, Power, Industrial, Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction projects.Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), scheduling logic, critical path analysis, and progress measurement.Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams.
