Key Responsibilities:-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards-Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products-Identify defects and quality issues and implement corrective actions-Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation-Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations-Conduct internal audits and support external audits-Collaborate with production teams to improve quality performance-Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:-Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field-Experience 2-4 in food manufacturing.-Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)-Experience with lab testing and quality inspection-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-Good communication and reporting skills
