About the job:Job Description:DB Group for Business Solutions is seeking highly motivated Russian-English Interpreters to join our growing team. In this role, you will facilitate accurate and confidential communication between healthcare professionals and Russian-speaking patients through Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI).If you are fluent in both Russian and English, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping people overcome language barriers, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate and impartial interpretation between Russian and English during medical encounters.Interpret conversations clearly and completely without adding, omitting, or altering information.Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with professional interpreting standards.Follow client protocols and quality guidelines during all interactions.Handle calls professionally while demonstrating empathy, cultural awareness, and effective communication.Ensure high levels of productivity and service quality throughout assigned shifts.Requirements:Native or near-native fluency in Russian.Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).Previous medical interpretation experience is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.Comfortable working remotely.Technical Requirements:Reliable laptop or desktop computer (Windows preferred).Stable high-speed wired internet connection.Noise-canceling headset with microphone.Quiet, distraction-free working environment.Working Schedule:Full-time position.Rotational shifts based on Pacific Time (PT).8 paid working hours per day plus a 1-hour unpaid break.Shift schedules MAY rotate approximately every 6–8 weeks based on operational requirements.
