Job Title Senior Collaboration Engineer Seniority level Mid senior level Employment Type Full time Work place type On-site Job location Cairo-Egypt Will be responsible for:Act as a focal point between Site & Facilities team and IT TeamManage, Configure and troubleshoot all unified VOIP communication systems and Collaboration including IP telephony, Voice mail, IM Messaging, Video Conferencing and Contact Center as L3 Support.Coordinate with the vendor according to the SLA.Manage and configure all collaboration endpoints and systemsidentifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems related to IP telephony systemsManage, configure and troubleshoot Video Conference systems and EndpointsTroubleshoot highly complex data, voice or video network and hardware problems and escalates to Vendor if needed.Designs, builds, configures, installs, monitors, and supports all VOIP and collaboration systems.Ability to engage in creating backup strategies for the data and recovery plan Collaboration solutions.Report and log the incidents and services activation.Skills Required4-7 Years of industry experience in implementing and operating enterprise campus networks and Cisco unified communications solutions.Solid understanding and practical experience of Cisco Unified Communications manager, Cisco Jabber, Cisco IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Expressway and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.Solid understanding and practical experience of Video Calling with Cisco Video Endpoints.Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified communications products mentioned above.Fast Learner and ability to learn and practice new technologies.Additional, general functional qualification list for operation environment:ITILWorking in a teamGood reporting skillsTroubleshooting skillsOther similar skills
