Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project standards and LOD requirements.Collaborate with BIM coordinators and project teams to integrate discipline-specific models and resolve clashes effectively.Extract and present data from BIM models for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and construction scheduling.Create detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from 3D BIM models for construction documentation.Desired Candidate ProfileMandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM softwareTechnical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software.Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments.Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
