Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in designing plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications for pipe routing, fixture selection, and system layouts using CAD software.Conduct site visits to gather information, verify existing conditions, and observe the installation of plumbing systems during construction.Perform hydraulic calculations for water supply, drainage, and venting systems to ensure adequate performance and efficiency.Desired Candidate ProfileMandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM softwareTechnical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software.Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments.Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
