🏢 We're Hiring | Property ConsultantA leading Real Estate Development Company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our Saudi Arabia Branches.The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's premium real estate projects in Riyadh, New Cairo (90 Avenue), New Zayed, Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), and other projects across Egypt.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients while expanding the company's customer base.Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently deliver outstanding sales performance.Record and manage all customer interactions through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Conduct property presentations and provide professional investment consultations to clients.Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.Represent the company and its projects at exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new real estate developments to provide clients with accurate advice.✅ RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Relationship Management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.Willingness to travel within the Gulf region.🎁 What We OfferAttractive Salary Package.Competitive Commission Scheme.Flight Ticket.All Required Travel Documents.Accommodation.Transportation.Professional Training & Career Development.Excellent Career Growth Opportunities within a Leading Real Estate Development Company.📍 Work LocationSaudi Arabia
