RED collaborates with a broad network of reputable developers such as Palm Hills, Sodic, Hassan Allam, Mountain View, Emaar, and others, covering both residential and commercial projects.Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and providing data-backed insights to support client decision-making. The consultant will manage a portfolio of listings, follow up with leads, negotiate offers, and coordinate the end-to-end sales process. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and developers to align available inventory with client needs and organizational goals.Qualifications Strong consulting skills, with the ability to provide data-backed real estate advice and tailored solutions.Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and relationship management.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.Solid understanding of real estate markets, regulations, and property valuation, preferably within Egypt.Experience in a senior real estate or property consulting role is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage a dynamic workload, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM systems, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
