Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. The role involves negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing contracts with appropriate oversight, and ensuring a smooth closing process. The Real Estate Agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, develop long-term client relationships through professional customer service, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet individual and team sales targets.
