Purpose of PositionThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth and expanding Bureau Veritas Industry services across Egypt. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets within industries such as Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, and Industrial Projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the Industry sector.Promote Bureau Veritas services including:Inspection ServicesTesting ServicesCertification ServicesNDT ServicesAsset Integrity ManagementTechnical Advisory ServicesProject Quality Assurance & Control ServicesBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end-users.Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and industry events.Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.Tendering & Proposal ManagementIdentify upcoming tenders and business opportunities.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operational teams.Manage tender submissions, prequalification processes, and bid documentation.Conduct contract review and ensure compliance with company requirements.Track submitted offers and follow up until final award.Key Account ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with strategic accounts.Maintain regular client visits and customer engagement plans.Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Support collection activities and ensure timely payment follow-up where required.Market DevelopmentIncrease Bureau Veritas visibility and market presence in Egypt.Participate in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry events.Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Provide market intelligence and business forecasts to management.Internal CoordinationCoordinate with Operations, Technical, Finance, and Tendering teams to ensure successful project execution.Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reporting systems.Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing/Sales is an advantage.Fluency in English and Arabic.Experience+7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales.Experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), Engineering Services, Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power sectors is highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
