The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property transaction cycle, including prospecting, listing, viewing, and closing residential and commercial properties in RED’s focus areas. Daily responsibilities include meeting with potential buyers and sellers, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and contracts. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer projects, pricing, and legal requirements, while using RED’s technology tools and data resources to provide informed recommendations. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating closely with internal teams and partner developers.Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong foundation in Real Property regulations and practices.Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge and familiarity with residential and commercial developments in Cairo and surrounding areas.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client relationship management.Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse clients.Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple clients, listings, and site visits efficiently.Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and basic office software is beneficial.Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in property sales is preferred; fluency in Arabic and good command of English are advantageous.
